„Nanotechnology in Styria „ a large knowledge base for small dimensions” „ 5 March, 2004
The pilot project ìIntellectual Capital Report NANONET-Styria” was presented at a press conference held with Deputy Governor Leopold Schöggl on 5 March. There was an in-depth discussion of the many findings and current developments, among others with representatives of JOANNEUM RESEARCH. The pilot project, with the aim of long-term allocation of human, structural and relational capital in the field of nanotechnology in Styria, received massive thematic and methodological support from NANONET-Styria experts.

Nanotechnology and light-emitting diode (LED) technology „ 10 November 2003
The press conference of the International Symposium on Nanotechnology and LEDs in Loipersdorf was held in Vienna on 10 November 2003. Prof. Günther Leising (Senior Vice President Technology AT&S and JOANNEUM RESEARCH) and Dr. Stefan Tasch (CEO Tridonic Optoelectronics „ Jennersdorf Technology Centre) provided information on the international symposium in which numerous national and international experts took part.

Styrian research award for nanotechnologies and nanosciences „ 25 June 2003
The Styrian research prize for nanotechnologies and nanosciences was awarded for the first time in 2003. The press conference with Deputy Governor Leopold Schöggl was held in the AVL lounge of the Helmut List Hall in Graz on 25 June 2003.

„Nanotechnology „ How does Austria match up?” „ 11 April 2003
During this press conference, the discussion focused on Austriaís position in terms of nanotechnology, with a presentation of three Austrian projects, including NANONET-Styria, by the experts involved.
